Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
